Role Summary Our nursing team is essential to establishing an excellent experience for all our patients. In this dual role, the Registered Nurse will support patients throughout their fertility journey by providing both coordinated care and hands-on clinical support within our Ambulatory Surgery Center. Open Fertility nurses are pillars of support, knowledge, and empowerment for our patients. They are dependable, compassionate, and provide a high level of care while working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless, patient-centered experience across both care coordination and surgical settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN)/(BSN)
  • Current ACLS certification

Responsibilities

  • Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients
  • Case manage a large patient portfolio
  • Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
  • Order time-sensitive medications
  • Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
  • Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
  • Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
