About The Position

At IV Nutrition, we believe wellness is built through relationships, education, consistency, and personalized support not simply through a single service or visit. We are hiring a IV Therapy Wellness Partner to provide exceptional clinical care while building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them understand and stay engaged in their personalized wellness journey.

Requirements

Strong IV and injection skills.
Excellent bedside manner and client-care approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Natural ability to build relationships and establish trust.
Comfortable educating and engaging clients.
Curious and motivated to continually learn about wellness and the human body.
Passionate about helping people work toward their health and wellness goals.
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and personal accountability.
Interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
IV Therapy Certification as required
CPR/BLS certification
Active RN, LPN, Paramedic, or EMT license as required for the position and jurisdiction.
Must practice within applicable licensure, certification, training, and scope-of-practice requirements.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred.
Experience in wellness, functional medicine, client education, hospitality, coaching, or relationship-based healthcare is a plus.
