About The Position

IV Nutrition is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about preventative care to join their team. This role focuses on proactive wellness, integrating functional health principles, advanced diagnostics, targeted nutrition, and IV nutrient therapy. The IV Therapy Nurse will administer intravenous vitamin infusions, support daily clinic operations, and provide an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is confident with needles, warm with clients, and takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality care. This is a client-facing role involving starting IVs, administering injections, supporting operations, and ensuring clients feel cared for.

Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • IV Therapy Certification
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience
  • Microsoft Office
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
  • Strong IV and injection skills with a calm, confident bedside manner
  • A warm communicator who builds trust quickly and handles pressure with professionalism
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
  • Previous sales, membership, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention experience

Responsibilities

  • Administer IV therapies, including starting IVs and monitoring treatments
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout services
  • Document client interactions, treatments, and responses accurately
  • Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment and build genuine rapport with every client
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long-term relationships
  • Address client concerns and service recovery opportunities promptly and professionally
  • Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued engagement
  • Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives
  • Promoting clinic services, memberships, and wellness programs
  • Drive clinic sales performance through relationship-based selling and client education
  • Partner with the Clinic Director to implement local marketing, referral, and retention strategies
  • Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
  • Track, restock, and organize inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all clinical areas
  • Support client scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations
  • Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies
  • Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
  • Work closely with the Clinic Director and Assistant Director to support daily priorities and team goals
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and assist with training and onboarding as needed
