About The Position

As our Lead IV Tech, you'll do more than deliver exceptional IV treatments—you'll help shape clinic operations, mentor your team, and contribute to a supportive, positive culture that prioritizes holistic health and client care.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Paramedic (NRP) or RN license (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of strong IV placement experience
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills with calm, professional bedside manner
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• Passion for wellness, integrative medicine, and holistic health care
• Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusions and IM injections with precision and care
• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow
• Collaborate with leadership on inventory, scheduling, and supply ordering
• Assist with mentoring new IV Techs
• Maintain clinical standards for documentation, sanitation, and safety
• Educate clients about IV therapy, supplement protocols, and wellness options
• Promote a welcoming, team-oriented, and service-focused clinic environment
