The primary responsibility of the IV/Procedure Nurse is to provide IV infusion therapy, injections, and device-based treatments. The IV/Procedure RN will work closely with PALM Health team members and PALM medical, wellness, and complementary providers to coordinate care, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans. The mix of daily responsibilities is subject to change based on the current needs of the Medical Practice.

- Provide IV infusion therapy, injections, and device-based treatments
- Work closely with PALM Health team members and PALM medical, wellness, and complementary providers to coordinate care, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans
Responsibilities
- Administers, monitors, and documents IV therapy and injections
- Administers, monitors, and documents hyperbaric treatments
- Administers device-based treatments such as class IV laser, hi-fem body toning, T shape body sculpting, red light therapies
- Provides infusion and treatment education; communicates with other service providers for the coordination of members’ care; performs follow-up calls and check-ins; helps members coordinate their care as appropriate with other PALM Health services and outside providers
- Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized environment across treatment rooms, the IV Suite, and the laboratory
- Ensures treatment areas are stocked with supplies and amenities, and completes accurate inventory checks and orders as assigned
- Assists with medical practice administrative tasks as assigned, including prescription refills
