As an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician at the JFB Technical Center, you will be a vital contributor providing comprehensive electrical, controls, instrumentation, and basic mechanical support for our food processing equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring human safety, food safety, and maintaining high equipment reliability standards within a dynamic R&D environment. You will be responsible for a blend of corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance, offering expert electrical troubleshooting, and driving reliability improvements for R&D tests and production runs. You will work collaboratively across various teams to achieve operational excellence. Work hours are 1st Shift, 6AM-2PM, Monday – Friday with occasional overtime support during the week and on weekends. Compensation & Benefits: Salary is based on a 37.5-hour work week. This role is salaried, non-exempt. Hours worked between 37.5–40 per week are paid at the regular hourly rate (straight time). Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x (time and a half). This role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, based on individual performance and company results.
