Requirements

  • 1 year of cash handling experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to communicate, verbally, through video.
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Perform teller functions using ITM machines, including receiving deposits, loan payments, and disbursing withdrawals.
  • Verify transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Present and explain Huntington Bank services and products to customers.
  • Assist customers in meeting their financial needs by answering questions and solving problems.
  • Perform file maintenance such as address changes, unlocking Huntington OLB, and Debit Card limit adjustments.
  • Take complete ownership of every customer interaction.
  • Complete all required compliance, training, and other offered training.
  • Seek ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience.
  • Represent Huntington Bank in a positive and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Treat all co-workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.
