About The Position

This role focuses on performing teller functions using ITM machines, including receiving deposits, processing loan payments, disbursing withdrawals, and verifying transactions. The specialist will also explain Huntington Bank services and products, assist customers with their financial needs, answer questions, solve problems, and perform file maintenance. The position requires taking ownership of customer interactions, completing compliance and training, and seeking ways to improve work processes. The ITM Specialist represents Huntington Bank professionally, maintains confidentiality, and treats colleagues and customers with respect.

Requirements

  • 1 year of cash handling experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM machines.
  • Receives deposits, loan payments, disburses withdrawals, processes account transfers, verifies transactions, and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Presents and explains Huntington Bank services and products to customers and assists in meeting their financial needs.
  • Answers questions and solves problems for customers by listening, collecting data, securing answers, and reporting results to the inquiring party.
  • Performs file maintenance needs such as address changes, unlocking Huntington OLB, Debit Card limits, etc.
  • Takes complete ownership of every interaction whether it requires a call back or extended research.
  • Required to complete compliance, training, and all other training offered to ITM Specialists.
  • Seeks ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the ITM experience.
  • Represents Huntington Bank in a positive and professional manner.
  • Maintains customer and other sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Treats all co-workers and Huntington Bank customers with respect.
