Items Analyst (Senior-Level, 3)
About The Position
This role performs all functions related to providing F-16 Supply Chain support, inventory management, material management, storage management, and requisitioning procedures of calibrated assets. Duties include validation of customer requirements, processing and submitting requisitions, initiating appropriate follow-up actions, processing and delivering material in accordance with all F-16 established regulations and procedures. Perform required functions to support retrograde management, processing returned inventory as required, and maintaining accurate documentation through each process. Position will also require selected candidate to assist in Tool Room or Calibration operations as needed/directed to include ordering and disposal of HAZMAT required for aircraft on site. Must be able to obtain an active Secret Clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Requirements
- Experience in Inventory Management and Control.
- Experience with managing aircraft MOD kits.
- Experience with ordering and disposal of HAZMAT.
- Experience in retrograde Management and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain an active Secret Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the F-16 supply procurement processes using SAP.
- Working knowledge in LM Aero program, logistics, supply, technical data, and training process and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong working experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
