Responsibilities

  • Owning the item level production plan for all Allied products to ensure that required inventory levels are optimized for Finished Goods in New Miami and Middletown plants and are maintained to meet or exceed customer order fill rates to expected OTIFNE Service Level.
  • Managing all third-party relationships including vendors and manufacturers for auto replenishments.
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal coordination between functions including Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Systematizing production planning activities by leveraging knowledge of ERP and supporting systems capabilities.
  • Planning and implementing short-term supply plans to meet inventory targets.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and identifying configuration opportunities.
  • Building relationships with assigned Product Business Units (PBUs).
  • Conducting weekly plant meetings to align production to support the aggregate plan.
  • Driving continuous improvement through process adherence.
  • Identifying scheduling bottlenecks preventing optimal production tickets.
  • Ensuring that optimum inventory levels of Finished Goods are maintained to meet or exceed customer order fill rates.
  • Identifying and resolving short supply exceptions through escalation.
  • Executing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions.
  • Participating in monthly S&OP supply meetings with manufacturing partners as needed.
  • Understanding, demonstrating, and contributing to developing Standard Work.
  • Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for inventory strategies.
  • Timely and accurate submission of required reports.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
