This role is responsible for creating and executing supply plans for a defined scope within the Service business. The Supply Planner will partner with production, procurement, finance, IBP, service operations, and suppliers to ensure materials are available to support repairs and customer needs. This position involves planning, scheduling, and monitoring the flow of materials from internal and external suppliers, communicating supply requirements across the business, and resolving supply issues that impact operations. The role offers broad exposure across the supply chain and the opportunity to see firsthand how your work supports customers and service teams globally. The Supply Planner will execute purchasing activities and manage Stryker products to achieve supply targets and business objectives. They will monitor PO and shipment status with suppliers and accurately transact information into SAP. Partnering with logistics teams, the planner will deliver products efficiently while balancing cost, lead time, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal and external suppliers is key to managing open orders, backorders, forecasts, and supply-related issues. Maintaining strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to proactively address supply risks and material shortages. The role supports manufacturing and service operations through reporting, risk identification, and supply recommendations. Additionally, the Supply Planner will participate in the development and execution of service supply planning strategies and support PLCM and other global supply chain projects to ensure supply plans are developed and executed on time. Measuring, analyzing, and reporting key process metrics while monitoring adherence to assigned KPIs is also a core function.
