About The Position

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced IT & Zoho Systems Administrator to work in Kenya. Job Purpose: We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT & Zoho Systems Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT infrastructure, provide end-user technical support, and take ownership of our Zoho One enterprise ecosystem. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth office technology operations spanning network infrastructure, hardware systems, CCTV, and mobile devices—while serving as our internal Zoho specialist. You will play a key role in expanding our adoption of Zoho One applications, optimizing business workflows, and ensuring maximum ROI from our software stack.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT administration and user support.
Demonstrated experience configuring and administering Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People; Deluge scripting is a plus).
Proven experience with laptop hardware troubleshooting, CCTV maintenance, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS/Android/Windows/Mac fleets.
Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi deployment, routers, managed switches) and server/backup maintenance.
Proficiency in Zoho One ecosystem administration.
Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
Experience with MDM solutions and hardware asset management.
Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems.
Strong communication skills and a patient user support mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to independently find solutions.
Initiative to drive business process optimization.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage user permissions, security settings, module configurations, and data integrity across all deployed Zoho One applications.
Build custom workflows, field validations, automation rules, blueprint processes, and custom reporting/dashboards to streamline company operations.
Assess current operational bottlenecks and gradually roll out additional Zoho One applications to replace manual processes and maximize platform utilization.
Customize application interfaces and maintain connections/APIs between Zoho apps and internal business tools.
Train employees on proper Zoho usage and develop best-practice documentation to promote organization-wide system adoption.
Act as the primary point of contact for technical support, logging, prioritizing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by staff.
Set up user accounts, configure email profiles, grant system permissions, and handle IT asset provisioning for new hires, as well as safe offboarding for departing employees.
Diagnose and resolve daily desktop application, operating system, printing, and connectivity problems efficiently.
Provision, maintain, and service company hardware including laptops, desktop computers, mobile phones, and peripherals.
Enforce corporate security policies, deploy software updates, manage application access, and maintain device inventory using MDM solutions.
Oversee office CCTV camera systems, access control systems, and associated physical security infrastructure to ensure continuous recording and security compliance.
Maintain accurate hardware inventory records, conduct regular audits, and perform routine maintenance or hardware upgrades.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, cabling, and internet connectivity.
Oversee local server performance, backup systems, network-attached storage, and cloud service availability.
Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs), telecom vendors, and hardware suppliers to ensure high system uptime and rapid issue resolution.
Maintain firewall rules, antivirus software, network security controls, and regular data backup procedures.
Manage Safaricom and Airtel phone systems, subscriptions, and SIMs.
