About The Position

Dana-co is a leading apparel company with a portfolio of well-known intimate apparel and lifestyle brands. Our Distribution Center is critical to our success, and we're looking for a hands-on IT Warehouse Technician to ensure the technology that powers our warehouse operations runs efficiently every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with warehouse technology, and providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, network infrastructure, and automation systems that keep our Distribution Center operating smoothly. As the IT Warehouse Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support for our Distribution Center, minimizing downtime and ensuring business-critical systems remain operational.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience in hardware, networking, and end-user support.
  • 3+ years supporting technology in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment.
  • Experience supporting RF scanners and handheld devices
  • Experience supporting Thermal label printers
  • Experience supporting Shipping stations
  • Experience supporting Warehouse PCs and mobile devices
  • Experience supporting Network infrastructure and warehouse peripherals
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of DNS and TCP/IP networking
  • Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work and operate independently.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and take on a wide variety of technical responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BlueCherry ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience supporting warehouse automation platforms such as Pio.
  • Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, configure, maintain, and test computers, laptops, printers, RF scanners, mobile devices, network equipment, and warehouse technology.
  • Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace RF guns and handheld scanners to support daily warehouse operations.
  • Maintain and support thermal label printers and ensure all shipping workstations remain fully operational.
  • Troubleshoot and support Pio automation systems, including hardware, software, connectivity, and routine preventive maintenance.
  • Support warehouse hardware including PCs, mobile devices, scanners, network equipment, and peripherals.
  • Assemble, install, configure, and test computer hardware, network equipment, and related peripherals.
  • Respond to Help Desk tickets and provide timely hardware and software support for Distribution Center employees.
  • Maintain IT hardware and software inventory, documentation, and asset records.
  • Assist with server support, Active Directory administration, backups, and network troubleshooting.
  • Install and maintain structured cabling, telephones, wireless devices, and related infrastructure.
  • Support and maintain warehouse security camera systems and associated equipment.
  • Train new employees on warehouse technology, IT equipment, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and other special IT projects as assigned.
