About The Position

The ITL Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day IT Logistics operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound inventory, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring timely fulfillment of equipment requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and traceability, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support business and client needs.   • Experience with pallet jack or forklift (training available)

Responsibilities

  • Complete materials and equipment requests accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup
  • Receive inbound hardware and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
  • Perform asset tagging and maintain asset tracking records
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
  • Restock IT cabinets and vending machines
  • Coordinate shipments across NORAM and global locations
  • Support new hire equipment fulfillment to meet orientation timelines
  • Deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, and monitors
  • Ensure safe handling and disposal of equipment (including e-waste)
  • Perform asset tag audits and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and workspace
  • Maintain traceability and accuracy in inventory and task management systems
  • Monitor and update task queues regularly
  • Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and auditable
  • Partner daily with Inventory, Deployment, and Logistics teams
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure timely execution
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  • Adhere to operational standards and SOPs
  • Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned
