About The Position

Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting across a diverse technology vendor portfolio. Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution. Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management. Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, reporting, and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and support data-driven decisions. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows while collaborating across IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of IT vendor management experience
  • Proven expertise in vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management.
  • Strong ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive vendor accountability.
  • Self-directed, adaptable professional with strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments
