For more information on ITS, see this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=VTFGffa1Y7w Unit Context: The IT Transformation Management (TM) function enables ITS to deliver measurable business impact by strengthening how strategy, execution, and performance measurement connect across the organization. TM serves as an integrator across operating model priorities, ensuring ITS modernization efforts contribute to the World Bank Group’s Evolution Roadmap and are supported by clear outcomes, disciplined execution, and transparent performance reporting. The Transformation Office plays a central role in elevating how ITS delivers value by evolving the IT operating model toward greater clarity of ownership, improved value flow, stronger governance, and measurable performance management. This work requires coordinated progress across nine interdependent operating model components: Performance, Organizational Structure, Ways of Working, Tools/Assets, Places, Talent, Sourcing & Alliances, Decision Rights, and Financials. This role supports transformation progress—ensuring ITS can continuously improve delivery outcomes while strengthening governance, workforce readiness, and enterprise-wide operating model maturity over time. General Description: This role requires strong analytical capability and comfort working with structured data, KPIs, and reporting tools. The individual should be able to interpret datasets, identify trends and gaps, and support the translation of transformation metrics into clear, actionable insights. The role requires: • Solid quantitative and analytical reasoning skills • Proficiency in digital reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) • Ability to apply visual clarity principles to dashboards and executive reporting • Strong attention to detail and data integrity • Structured thinking and organized documentation practices • Clear written communication skills for summarizing findings • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support senior staff in preparing insights The individual should be comfortable operating in a dynamic transformation environment, able to manage evolving priorities, and willing to learn and adapt as operating model components mature.

Requirements

  • Solid quantitative and analytical reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in digital reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)
  • Ability to apply visual clarity principles to dashboards and executive reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Structured thinking and organized documentation practices
  • Clear written communication skills for summarizing findings
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support senior staff in preparing insights
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example in IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with min 1 year of related work experience.)
  • Experience supporting IT operating model change, transformation enablement, or organizational change.
  • Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting structured execution and continuous improvement.
  • Experience supporting work across multiple workstreams with dependencies and evolving priorities.
  • Experience using delivery and planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira).
  • Skills: Power BI, Power Apps, DataBricks, ADO, Digital Transformation Coaching, Principles of Information Technology
  • AI for Advanced Analytics: Ability to leverage machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing to generate insights, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making including Copilot Studio.

  • Preferred certifications: Design Thinking/Human Centered Design, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (PCCP), Safe Agilist (SA)

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Transformation Scorecard, including data preparation and reporting inputs.
  • Assist in compiling, validating, and updating KPI definitions, baselines, targets, and reporting logic.
  • Support reporting and analysis across areas such as: o Value stream readiness and execution health (clarity, ownership, capacity alignment) o Delivery health indicators (predictability, throughput, stability, and confidence measures) o Maturity progression indicators across operating model components o Adoption and engagement signals (where applicable) o Financial utilization and value realization transparency (where data is available)
  • Produce clear summaries, charts, and reporting packs to support leadership discussions, including: o What the data shows o Key themes and risks o Proposed follow-up actions
  • Support design and refinement of online dashboards (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) for the Integrated Transformation Scorecard.
  • Ensure data visualizations are clear, structured, and aligned to leadership decision needs.
  • Develop standardized visual templates for reporting across departments and value streams.
  • Transform raw datasets into intuitive visual narratives that highlight trends, risks, and progress.
  • Apply visual hierarchy, layout logic, and clarity principles to improve readability and impact.
  • Balance precision with simplicity to support executive-level consumption.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve usability and interpretation of dashboards.
  • Ensure consistency across visual reporting assets.
  • Maintain adaptability as metrics evolve with transformation priorities.
  • Support maturity progression across the nine operating model components: Performance, Organizational Structure, Ways of Working, Tools/Assets, Places, Talent, Sourcing & Alliances, Decision Rights, and Financials.
  • Assist with gathering inputs, documenting current state, and tracking follow-up actions and dependencies.
  • Support development of structured maturity insights and progress summaries that inform sequencing and decision-making.
  • Maintain flexibility to pivot across operating model focus areas as priorities evolve.
