About The Position

The IT Tier 2 Support Technician will perform Mobile Device Management (MDM). This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Nisga'a Tek is committed to high-quality service to those who defend us, ensuring mission assurance and execution for customers and warfighters. They provide intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, & Active Directory.
  • Familiar w/ Ivanti Management Suite (or equivalent ITSM Platforms, & Windows imaging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or 3+ years of experience.
  • IAT Level II (CCNA Security/CSA+, GICSP/GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Cert. & applicable CE/OS Cert. & Knowledge of macOS/Windows/iOS
