About The Position

One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a IT Testing & Quality Analyst located in Remote. This role is for Platform Quality Engineers (Integration & Interoperability) for USC only, 100% Remote with CTH possible. The candidate must submit a salary range and complete the "Platform Quality Engineers (Integration & Interoperability)" Glider assessment. The role is responsible for planning, developing, analyzing, and invoking critical processes around software engineering across the enterprise. This includes performing analysis of data, identifying risks and issues of key processes, participating in problem-solving sessions, and documenting/communicating deliverables. Functions may include estimating, defect and resource management, report development, and software process improvement implementation and quality control activities. For the Quality discipline, the individual will collaborate with project teams to ensure quality goals are incorporated into the business solution and provide consistent feedback to application and process owners with recommendations for continuous improvement. Support and guidance will be provided in relation to software artifacts and processes supported across the enterprise.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience (open to someone with 4 or more years if they are a match)
Experience source-to-target mapping of data
Analysis of business problems/needs
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have analytical skills
Proficiency in technical skills and communication
USC only
Must take "Platform Quality Engineers (Integration & Interoperability)" Glider assessment

Nice To Haves

Experience with FHIR (1-3 years)
Kafka (1-3 years)
Experience with Agile (1-3 years)
Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry preferred
HL7 v2/v3 testing knowledge, experience
Quality Engineer with experience testing healthcare data integrations and interoperability solutions involving APIs, SFTP, Kafka, and EHR platforms such as Epic and Oracle Health.
Skilled in test planning, test automation, integration testing, data validation, FHIR and HL7 v2/v3 testing, defect management, regression testing, and source-to-target reconciliation.
Strong analytical skills with experience supporting Agile delivery teams and end-to-end validation of healthcare data exchanges.

Responsibilities
