About The Position

This position is responsible for ordering, setting up, and deploying all employee cellular devices and air cards, setting up and deploying Avaya VoIP phones and extensions, and providing general customer support for all IT-related issues. We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Technical School Certificate in the related field, or equivalent.
2+ years in a technical/telecommunications supporting role required
Strong knowledge of Android and Apple Devices.
Technical knowledge of Windows OS, O365, and Intune.
Must be organized and be able to work within deadlines.
Professional, well-spoken, and customer service-orientated.

Nice To Haves

A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Order, set up, and deploy cellular devices for new employees.
Provide replacement devices for broken/lost/stolen inventory.
Order accessory supplies for iPads/Phones/air cards.
Provide customer support for any Cellular/iPad/Aircard device issues.
Manage device activation/deactivation through Wireless Watch Dogs and Intune portals.
Set up new VoIP extensions and voicemails and provide desk phones.
Troubleshoot all issues relating to cellular and VoIP devices.
Provide general IT support for our internal help desk.
