We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The IT Technician will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all facets of reliable, efficient, and integrated computer information networks. The ideal candidate will exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa. We have a full-time position available with a Sunday through Thursday schedule.

Requirements

  • 5 years' IT experience
  • Proficiency in Windows/Mac systems, network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and maintaining switches/firewalls
  • Strong customer service skills for supporting guests and staff

Nice To Haves

  • 2 - 4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Oracle Opera and Point of Sales (POS) systems like MICROS.
  • Familiarity with cabling (Cat 5-6), rack installations, and phone/voicemail systems.

  • Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all facets of reliable, efficient, and integrated computer information networks.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Uphold the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.
  • Effectively communicate with hotel personnel and guests to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Maintain competent knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  • Safely lift and handle moderately weighted items.
  • Prioritize, organize, and act as a team.
  • Ensure confidentiality of guest and hotel data.
  • Remain calm in pressure situations.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Promote positive employee relations.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.
