About The Position
We are looking for a professional person to join our IT Support Team. The position is deployed to customer locations for in-person support and provide back-end remote support as well. You’ll be able to provide equipment installation, end-user support, network infrastructure installation, network programming, along with other IT projects.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in an Information Technology-related discipline at an accredited technical school or college or equivalent work experience.
- General technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS for troubleshooting processes.
- Must be able to communicate complex information clearly to a wide array of customers.
- Must be able to demonstrate IT problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate VLAN Programming on network equipment.
- Must be able to effectively concentrate while handling multiple tasks when priorities shift.
- Must have experience with hand tools and basic power tools.
- Must be comfortable working at heights using ladders and lift equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Fortinet, Netgear, Cisco network hardware is a plus!
Responsibilities
- End user and Network Equipment installations.
- Network infrastructure upgrades to a variety of customer locations.
- Ensuring that end-users’ concerns are listened to, are promptly addressed and their IT problems are effectively resolved.
