We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for approximately 25 users in our Huntsville, AL office, while assisting in remote support for users across the organization. This role partners with a centralized IT team headquartered in Northern Virginia and supports an organization of approximately 400 users. Duties/ Responsibilities Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Administer user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (provisioning, access control, MFA support) Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Image, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 endpoints Assist with Fortinet network infrastructure and troubleshooting Support printers, conference room technology, and office connectivity Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation Escalate complex issues to senior IT engineers as appropriate Participate in security initiatives and IT improvement projects
