Requirements
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users, including set up and configuration
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 levels of Help Desk support, to include covering Help Desk phone, e-mail support requests and Help Desk tickets.
- Ensure the security, backup, recovery and disaster recovery plans are followed
- Sets up and maintains workstations including hardware/software configuration.
- Coordinate computer repairs and software upgrades with end-users.
- Other duties may be assigned.
