Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage and resolve tickets
• Equipment setup, unpacking assets, asset tagging
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, VDIs, and tablet platforms
• Maintain and support standard and custom system images
• Assist with server, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
• Document solutions and help improve IT processes and standards
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when needed
