About The Position

City National Bank and Trust is seeking an IT Technician to provide end-user support for a wide range of IT hardware and software. This includes workstations and peripherals, servers, telecommunications hardware, surveillance equipment, printers, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment. The role requires a strong commitment to customer service and professionalism, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work heights using a portable ladder
• Occasional on-call and holiday work required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent education in an IT-related discipline
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• IT-related professional certifications a plus
• Occasional travel required

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support (remote and in-person) while maintaining organization standards for customer service and professionalism
• Prioritize, document, and resolve support requests, enabling end-users to accomplish business tasks
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues on IT equipment and contact external vendors to coordinate support as required
• Configure and deploy new IT hardware
• Install and upgrade software, including operating systems and applications
• Assist in maintaining strict information security controls
• Other job duties as required
