About The Position

Provides escalated IT support services to staff and clients. Keeps the network computing systems operating efficiently and assures that computing standards are implemented and enforced. Troubleshoots and resolves system problems and assists with project management research, implementation, and system administrative duties. Installs, supports, documents, and manages the email/hardware/software/network components; responds to and develops solutions for component failures and complex technical problems in all these areas to deliver a sound and stable computing infrastructure as directed. Manages the daily administration of data backup and security controls across the enterprise. Collaborates with the VP of IT and other staff to provide support for the Company's network and PC/LAN servers, which includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software; works with users and vendors solving technical issues. Consults with the VP of IT, supervisory staff, and other various staff to ensure that IT standards for control, security, and recoverability are understood and followed; coordinates with other staff to ensure that appropriate IT computing standards are implemented and maintained; manages software upgrades to ensure compliance with standards and control procedures. Administers all user access and authorization requests within the organization, including moves, adds, changes, hires, and exits for technology systems. Assists Facilities with office moves, office setups, and similar requests. Administers vendor and contractor access and authorization as well. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
  • A high school degree or GED is required
  • Maintain knowledge with training in BSA Compliance
  • Required to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program, USA Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control requirements
  • Comply with all Spero policies and procedures to ensure compliance with such regulations
