Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for an IT Technician - Help Desk Support. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate must have solid experience and advanced knowledge in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Programming skills and/or previous work in Microsoft Access are also desired. Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in computer troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as with a variety of computer applications, is required. Knowledge and experience with Windows server, Windows XP/7/10 Professional, and Exchange Server are necessary.
