Onsite

About The Position

Life Cycle Power is seeking a Field IT Technician who thrives in hands-on, high-impact work supporting critical communications and IT systems at our remote operational sites across West Texas, New Mexico, and various regions throughout the United States. Unlike a traditional help desk role, this position is field-centric and will require travel to remote environments—often independently—to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize communication infrastructure that keeps our operations running at 98–100% uptime. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in the field, working with their hands, configuring and maintaining network and communications hardware, and upholding a customer-service mindset with our Remote Operations Center (ROC), technicians, and site personnel. Our team values professionalism, gratitude, patience, and a servant-leadership attitude. If you enjoy learning, tackling challenges, helping others, and being part of a tight-knit support family, you will thrive here.
