The IT Technical Support Engineer Senior role is a full-time position within the Enterprise Corporate - Executive Support Field Services department. This role is responsible for providing senior-level consulting to end-users, implementing device security standards, and overseeing adherence to change control processes. The engineer will act as the highest-level escalation point for complex technical issues within support services, manage all aspects of technical operations for end-point devices, and create/execute coding/scripting for operational imperatives. They will also serve as a technical subject matter expert for site/regional projects, manage escalation processes, and define/oversee site-based activities in information security, availability, testing, procedure management, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. The role requires interaction with site service line and operational leaders to understand business needs and potential technology solutions.
