About The Position

The NVH Division in Erie, PA is seeking a dynamic team member to join its Information Technology Engineering and Quality (EQIT) team. This role requires hands-on experience with software development, systems/data analysis, solution design and project management. You will play a key role in understanding business need and technical requirements, designing solutions, configuring and implementing digital, IT and data solutions for the division. Part of your role will also involve supporting & enhancing the production solutions for reliable functional performance by conducting root cause analysis & performing corrective actions by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations/support leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering medium-to-large IT initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills
• Demonstrated experience delivering manufacturing IT solutions and/or integrations in environments such as PLM, PDM, MES, ERP, SCADA, LIMS, IIoT, or data historians
• Hands-on integration experience including REST APIs, event-based integrations, and/or middleware/automation tooling
• Working knowledge of data platforms and patterns: SQL, ETL, and data warehouse concepts
• Proven troubleshooting capability in production environments, including root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Practical project execution experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Agile and/or Waterfall)

Nice To Haves

• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

• Own site/regional/Divisional IT Project delivery and Stakeholder alignment; ensure consistent, timely planning and execution
• Lead/Coordinate Business Systems Upgrade/Consolidation & Conversion aligned with Digital and IT Strategy
• Ability to work with cross functional leaders gaining sponsorship and alignment of Business Driven Priorities
• Lead cross-functional IT and digital projects from initiation through closeout (charter, scope, timeline, resources, budget)
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design alignment, testing strategy, cutover planning, and hypercare support
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications; provide clear status reporting and governance
• Coordinate change management, training, and adoption to ensure project outcomes are realized
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean concepts where applicable
• Partner with Operations to identify digital opportunities (automation, analytics, workflow digitization, data visibility)
• Lead integrations between business systems and shop-floor/OT systems while maintaining security segmentation and uptime
• Improve data quality and report reliability for production, quality, and supply chain decision-making
• Ensure compliance with IT Security, SOX, compliance regulations and policy for applications within domain
• Align solutions to approved technology stacks, integration patterns, coding standards, and SDLC/DevOps practices; contribute to improving these practices where appropriate
• Lead by example and develop IT support team; set Project task priorities and expectations
• Build strong partnerships with functional leaders; translate business needs into actionable IT roadmaps
• Facilitate governance forums (steering meetings, change management, project reviews) as required for Projects
• Mentor peers through code reviews, design reviews, documentation, and cross-training; promote feedback and continuous improvement
