We are seeking an IT Technical Programming Coordinator who is both technically capable and genuinely service-oriented – someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making technology easier for others to use.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and technology experience.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, mobile devices, access control systems, and technology support.
  • Excellent communication, training, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide support in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality or a multi-sized environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site technology resource for residents, staff, vendors, and Home Office
  • Educate, troubleshoot and support residents and families on computers, mobile devices, email, social media, streaming services, and community technology platforms, and provide cybersecurity education and guidance regarding scams, phishing, fraud prevention, and online safety.
  • Develop technology resources, training materials, and educational programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Primary administrator for phone, life safety - including eCall - and security equipment, timeclocks, garage access devices, gate systems, and resident credentials
  • Supports nurse call systems, timekeeping systems, multifunction printers, audio/visual equipment, and community technology infrastructure, including troubleshooting, supply management, and coordination of vendor service
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of residents and associates including internet, phone, cable and community technology services requiring account access, password resets, Microsoft Authentication enrollment,.
  • Lead and support community technology implementations, upgrades, and expansion projects, partnering with Home Office technology teams and community leadership on strategic technology initiatives.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions to improve resident and staff experiences, encompassing documentation, forms and training resources.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, repairs and inventory of technology equipment, software, licenses and other IT assets
  • Meets customer service standards in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner
