About The Position
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as installing and configuring new equipment and software. The position is responsible for carrying out assigned IT-related tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) year of relevant experience
- CompTIA A+ certification
