About The Position

World Wide Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to manage our IT Global Business delivery team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or related field
  • 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development, or consulting experience in enterprise level solutions
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP Applications
  • Strong understanding of Financial and Accounting business processes
  • Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers and analysts
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture aligned with WWT’s core values
  • Conduct regular and effective 1-on-1s, understand team’s goals, provide real-time coaching and support career development for direct reports
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition
  • Functional knowledge of financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Financial Applications for our global supply chain business in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Costing, SLA, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, Fusion, and Vertex Tax using Oracle R12 & R13
  • Participate and lead in the design of complex solutions
  • Help with the on-going development and the support of existing business processes
  • Promote delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions
  • Ensure team meets commitments while adhering to the organization's quality, methodology, and architecture standards
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as part of the leadership team
  • Escalate and remove impediments impacting delivery and team effectiveness
  • Work with the team to provide innovative IT solutions to business challenges that will drive team efficiency and provide better solutions for our stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating technical and process details for diverse audiences
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery
