About The Position

Ziehler Lawn Care is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to own and modernize technology across a growing company. As the primary internal technology resource, this person will work directly with leadership and teams across departments to strengthen infrastructure, connect systems, and turn ideas into practical improvements. The initial focus is to assess and improve hardware, networks, infrastructure, security, equipment standards, inventory, lifecycle planning, backups, and recovery procedures. The role also provides hands-on employee support and improves technology setup for onboarding and offboarding. As foundational operations stabilize, the role will increasingly focus on connecting systems, improving data visibility, and implementing new solutions. This includes developing API integrations, automated reports, interactive BI dashboards, data pipelines, centralized data solutions, workflow improvements, and practical AI applications. Across both phases, the manager owns day-to-day IT operations and support, manages technology vendors and the IT budget, and partners with leadership to establish priorities. The position is on-site in Centerville, Ohio, with occasional travel to other company locations.
