About The Position

LHM Senior Health is seeking a hands-on Systems Integration Administrator to support and improve the platforms, automations, and integrations that keep the organization connected and operating efficiently. This role is centered on Python development, REST API integrations, automation, internal application support, and platform reliability. Success in this role means improving how systems work together across the organization, reducing manual effort through automation, and strengthening platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of relevant experience preferred in systems integration, automation, infrastructure support, or internal application support.
  • Proven experience in systems integration, IT automation, internal application support, or systems administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for production-quality scripts, automations, integrations, and application support.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication methods, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and other automation tools.
  • Experience with modern AI tools and practical AI-assisted development workflows that improve troubleshooting, automation, and delivery speed.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ubuntu/Linux is required.
  • Experience supporting Linux-based Python web applications, including reverse proxies, HTTPS configuration, services, logs, and package management.
  • Experience with Django or similar Python web frameworks, plus hosting tools such as Gunicorn and Caddy.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized deployment workflows; Kubernetes experience preferred.
  • Experience with relational databases, caching, and background processing technologies such as MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, memcached, django-q2, Celery, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with OIDC/SSO integrations, including Okta.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Required vision includes close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to carefully consider information and make sound decisions on a regular basis.
  • Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor or manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Kubernetes experience preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online; experience integrating SaaS applications and business systems; experience with SQL, reporting, or data transformation; and experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Python-based automations, scripts, integrations, and backend processes.
  • Develop and support REST API integrations, webhooks, and data exchange between internal systems, cloud platforms, vendors, and communication tools.
  • Improve workflows through automation, system interoperability, and practical process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving integrations, authentication, permissions, data flow, applications, and cloud services.
  • Maintain internal tools, dashboards, forms, and support pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Django, and related technologies.
  • Support Ubuntu/Linux-hosted Python applications, including reverse proxies, WSGI services, logging, package management, and deployment workflows.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including user administration, licensing, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related security features.
  • Monitor system and integration health, document configurations and workflows, and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Coach, teach and mentor.
