About The Position

We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer with Chinese language proficiency to lead system design, implementation, and performance tuning for core enterprise platforms. This role involves developing and maintaining operation systems and mobile applications, collaborating cross-functionally to align IT solutions with business goals, and ensuring robust database operations. Experience with Hana is a plus, and proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ will be leveraged as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in manufacturing enterprise system integration.
• Strong database administration skills.
• Strong system administration skills.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) – essential for global collaboration.
• Large-company background, preferably in the automotive or battery industry.
• Stable work history and long-term commitment.
