About The Position

At Fin, now part of Salesforce, you will be a Systems Engineer in IT, focusing on evolving the IT infrastructure with an emphasis on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. This role offers the chance to join an ambitious, AI-native IT team that utilizes SaaS-based solutions for business process and employee lifecycle automation. It's an opportunity to transition from a traditional systems engineering or DevOps background into modern cloud environments or to advance an existing career in identity management and employee lifecycle automation within a rapidly scaling engineering organization.

Requirements

Passion for systems and automation, with a desire to develop skills in a fast-moving company.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
Great problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions through data-driven discoveries and solutions.
Good knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl).
Experience building and operating systems in the cloud, without a traditional corporate network perimeter.
Experience with AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune.

Nice To Haves

Experience with iPaaS platforms.
Experience with enterprise email deliverability.
Experience building robust, scalable integrations between billing and an ERP system, preferably Netsuite.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Build and own automations for identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance, and corporate email deliverability using AI tooling and no-code platforms.
Participate in high-impact cross-organizational projects to integrate and expand corporate IT infrastructure, with a focus on infrastructure-as-code.
Champion automation and AI adoption through enablement and education, aiming to eliminate friction and toil.
Evaluate and adopt new tooling early, including acting as beta testers for emerging features and products.
Drive IT incident response alongside InfoSec and engineering, and partner with InfoSec on corporate and AI security standards, risk management, and data protection for business-critical workflows.
