The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure environments that power the organization's legal technology, eDiscovery, and managed services offerings. This role combines expertise in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, storage, databases, and security to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions for both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. As part of the Infrastructure team, the Systems Engineer serves as both a technical expert and implementation resource, supporting complex eDiscovery and legal technology environments while also participating in infrastructure consulting and professional services engagements. The engineer works closely with customers, project managers, developers, support teams, and business stakeholders to execute infrastructure projects, resolve critical technical issues, and maintain highly available production environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is comfortable balancing operational support, project execution, and customer-facing consulting responsibilities.
