About The Position

This contracted position is intended to help us design and implement several Microsoft 365-based technologies/solutions, as well assist with existing system maintenance, development, and hardening. An ideal candidate would have solid understanding of and experience with: AD/M365 identity, cloud migration, data migration, data security, and cybersecurity policy.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience
• Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft systems engineer/M365 experience/certs
• Excellent communications skills
• Project planning/coordination

Nice To Haves

• Wide range of systems administration/engineering skills, both within M365 stack and beyond it (legacy AD, VM technologies, general IT knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Discovery and planning of technical projects
• Leading/executing technical projects
• Designing migration paths and leading/executing them
• Assisting with implementation design/planning, as well as contributing to their execution
• Assist with policy development and compliance
• Systems hardening and maintenance
