We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst who is ready to play a key role in supporting and advancing our technology landscape. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, performance, and data integrity. As an IT Systems Analyst, your work will directly support enterprise systems that keep operations running efficiently and reliably across the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is responsible for participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance enterprise systems and infrastructure, with a strong focus on data integration, cloud services, and advanced help desk support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ETL tools, database management, cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), and enterprise storage systems, and server virtualization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Pentaho, Talend, SSIS, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases
  • Experience supporting Azure and/or AWS environments
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Nutanix
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
  • Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and WMS systems
  • Experience with middleware and integration platforms
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Ability to quickly obtain root cause analysis for complex issues
  • Strong understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • General understanding of project management fundamentals such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with members of the IT and business teams
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise storage solutions

Responsibilities

  • Support ETL tools and workflows for data integration and transformation
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL databases to ensure performance and reliability
  • Support APIs and data pipelines across enterprise systems
  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure environments, including storage, compute resources, health monitoring, capacity and performance, security and compliance, backup and replication, cost tracking, and incidence response
  • Assist with cloud resource management, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
  • Monitor system performance and capacity planning
  • Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix
  • Support enterprise storage solutions and ensure system reliability
  • Assist in deploying new systems and infrastructure enhancements
  • Provide Tier 1–3 Help Desk Support for escalated technical issues
  • Monitor system alerts and troubleshoot incidents
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 system availability
  • Support patch management and vulnerability remediation
  • Maintain network monitoring system to report on various system metrics as well as alerts if an incident occurs
  • Track open tickets: follow-up with the requestor and others assigned to determine and communicate the progress of the ticket or request
  • Meet SLA requirements
  • Assist with design and deploying enterprise IT systems and services
  • Implement improvements to optimize uptime and efficiency
