The Systems Administrator provides senior-level technical support for all IT systems.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required’
Possess superior typing ability. Accuracy is essential.
Present a clean, neat appearance, mature and responsible.
Maintain an organized and tidy work area.

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position is Sedentary and desk bound
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall health of the corporate network and its related systems.
Administer and maintain endpoint management software.
Responsible for reviewing and applying all system and security updates to all computing and network devices.
Track and report software/network licensing needs to IT Supervisor and Director of IT.
Monitor network/server health and remediate, as necessary.
Maintain system information in various logs and spreadsheets.
Maintain system images for deployment of new systems.
Load and update software applications as required.
Manage network storage and backups.
Manage network devices.
Maintain and audit security of shared network resources.
