Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Library's data and voice communication systems, including day-to-day operations like system backups and user account management.
- Configure, install, and maintain various software and hardware, including third-party applications, servers, routers, and switches.
- Maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security.
- Provide training to users.
- Contribute to the planning and upgrading of IT systems.
