About The Position
We are looking for a dependable and tech-savvy IT System Support Technician to join our team in Fontana, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with open availability
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and training when needed
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely
