Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience leading Infrastructure and Operations-related projects.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, global.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Information Technology or related discipline).
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment with teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud and on-premises infrastructure (servers, networking, storage).
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, threat mitigation, and industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and business analysis frameworks.
  • Proficient in PM software/tools and foundational Excel skills (data deduplication, filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on driving results, achieving project objectives, and understanding the financial impacts of IT operations.
  • Ability to identify issues and generate solutions using root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and communicate effectively across all levels, tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A curious, hungry attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or relevant security credentials (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with emergent technologies and/or demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve PMO efficiency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure refreshes, enhancements, and cybersecurity remediation roadmaps.
  • Track project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while strictly adhering to Global Portfolio Management processes and lifecycle gate criteria.
  • Track commit dates versus actual delivery, proactively identify risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Ensure Business Value and Outcome targets are clearly defined, and Value Realization is monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant project documentation and status reporting.
  • Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture representatives to ensure the technical alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Assist in managing ongoing vulnerability remediation and system patching efforts.
  • Monitor operational metrics to identify recurring infrastructure bottlenecks or security gaps.
  • Maintain compliance standards, system documentation, and audit readiness for IT operations.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution among infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and business leaders.
  • Act as a servant-leader by removing impediments and guiding the team through problem-solving to ensure alignment between team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project implementation, user adoption, and organizational readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with IT procurement regarding purchase orders and invoice approvals as needed.
  • Assist in business analysis, requirements elicitation, sourcing, and asset management activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support PMO objectives.
