This entry-level IT Support role is ideal for someone motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, receive structured training, and gain daily exposure to the fundamentals of IT support in a professional environment. This is a true entry-level role with training and mentorship built in. Day-to-day, you’ll respond to and resolve IT support tickets, assist users via email, chat, phone, and in-person, and troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, login problems, WiFi and basic connectivity issues, printers, peripherals, and entry-level hardware support. You will also shadow and work closely with senior technicians to build strong IT fundamentals.
