We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. This hands-on role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of IT systems, tools, and real-world troubleshooting scenarios. You’ll support end users; help maintain IT infrastructure and be a key player in ensuring smooth technology operations across our office locations. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5PM Requires occasional local travel, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Nice To Haves
- Strong interest in IT and a proactive attitude toward learning
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Office 365 applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs) is a plus
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is desirable
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt Level 1 IT support to internal users
- Configure and deploy new computers and user accounts
- Manage user access and perform password resets via Active Directory
- Maintain and update Group Policy settings
- Install and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals
- Support VoIP phone system setup and configuration
- Assist with VPN and firewall configuration and support
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Maintain clear, accurate, and current IT documentation
