A Day in the Life You’ll start your day by reviewing the internal IT ticket queue, prioritizing requests, and onboarding any new hires. You’ll be the front line for fast, friendly internal tech support. You might work on a side project to clean up process documentation or shadow a teammate on deeper technical problems.
