The IT Support Specialist I is responsible for providing excellent entry and mid-level support to end-users on all company-supported applications and equipment. This includes troubleshooting computer problems, determining source, and providing appropriate actions. They will also maintain end-user workstations, tablets, phones, and peripherals. These and other responsibilities will be performed in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
