About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and experienced IT Support Technician to join our Modesto, CA office. This role will serve as a dedicated phone support agent while also supporting the Deployment Depot as operational needs arise. This individual will play a critical role not only in day‑to‑day support but also in training new phone agents and taking on leadership responsibilities within the depot. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑starter who enjoys both user support and hands‑on hardware work, with room to grow into an informal team lead for local operations.

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone for end users across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to: Windows 10 O365 and Office 2013 applications Laptops, desktops, thin clients (WYSE) Network connectivity (wired, Wi‑Fi, VPN) Printers and common business applications (Adobe Reader, etc.).
  • Document all interactions in the ticketing system with accuracy and detail.
  • Deliver high‑quality, empathetic customer service and clear communication.
  • Deployment Depot (Secondary Role)
  • Assist with imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and thin clients.
  • Perform hardware break/fix work as needed.
  • Maintain depot inventory and uphold hardware handling best practices.
  • Collaborate with onsite team members to support operational throughput.

Responsibilities
