About The Position

BlueWave Express Car Wash is a growing company at the forefront in an attractive niche of the car wash business. We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Houston Region in Texas. If you have a positive and professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills and tech-savvy skills, you might be the ideal candidate for this position. This position supports both local and field users in corporate, development, maintenance, and operations. Provide end-user support on company supported PC’s, peripherals, and desktop applications. Provides support for POS equipment.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Basic understanding of VOIP devices.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to communicate and work together with team members and management.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Position requires a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving records is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for PCs and peripherals
• Provide support for desktop applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Terminating network cabling
• Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
• Troubleshooting IP Phones
• Troubleshooting IP Cameras
• Provide after hours and on call support for urgent issues
